Project

This project is being organized by community members, with the goal of putting in place a multipurpose building in downtown Hancock with a bilingual childcare center, event center, and office spaces all under one roof. The bilingual childcare center will have a max capacity of 108 children, and the event center will be utilized by the bilingual childcare center during the day, with availability to the general public during non-operating hours.

It is our purpose to create a foundation to do our part in the preservation of downtown Hancock and the growth of our community, and the surrounding area. We are doing this by giving people not only the opportunity to grow within the community, but providing those in the community and the surrounding area a place to bring their children to be cared for, while also providing a large space to be utilized by the community, all under one roof.

Our philosophy is to provide avenues to serve the community and address areas of need. We strive to do so with superior business knowledge and understanding of said needs, hard work, honesty, integrity, and a vision towards the future. We plan to not only create a place for businesses to flourish, but overall our project will stimulate the hyper-local economy and spur growth elsewhere in the sur- rounding area, while also encouraging the restoration of downtown Hancock.
